Jos\u00e9 Luis Zara, recorri\u00f3 el predio del ferrocarril de Carmen de Patagones, lugar en el que se est\u00e1n realizando trabajos de cara a la nueva edici\u00f3n de la Fiesta de la Soberan\u00eda y la Tradici\u00f3n, la que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo del 7 al 11 de Marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo hizo acompa\u00f1ado del Secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Ing. Jorge Isaac, el Subsecretario de Planificaci\u00f3n, Ing.
