Jos\u00e9 Luis Zara, acompa\u00f1ado por el Jefe de Gabinete, Fabio Bettinelli, el Secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Ing. Jorge Isaac, el Subsecretario del mismo \u00e1rea, Arq.
